工作內容：

1. Manage end-to-end bond trade settlement (subscriptions, redemptions) and reconciliation with custodians/brokers. 負責債券商品交易之全流程交割作業，包含申購（Subscriptions）、贖回（Redemptions）及與保管銀行（Custodian）、券商（Broker）之帳務核對作業。
2. Supervise corporate action processing and bond coupon/maturity payments. 監督公司行動（Corporate Actions）作業執行，包含債券配息、到期還本及相關款項處理，確保交易執行正確及時。
3. Ensure accurate FATCA and regulatory reporting data preparation. 負責 FATCA 及相關監理申報資料之彙整與準備，確保資料正確性、完整性及符合法規要求。

Familiar with Microsoft word / excel / Outlook / PowerPoint..3. 3-5 years of experience in Banking, Securities, or Custody operations will be better. 4.金融市場常識與職業道德、內部稽核與內部控制 is must5.信託證照 is plus 6. Basic English reading & writing ability is required but Fluent English listening and speaking will be plus 7. Project or system enhancement experience is beneficial8. Working experience in corporation action handling will be plus
