工作內容:
1. Executive Reporting & Presentation Preparation 報告準備與資料彙整 ●Gather weekly/monthly data and status updates from various functional teams (ME/TE/QA/SCM) to ensure data consistency. 跨部門資料搜集:定期向各功能團隊(如工程、測試、品質、供應鏈等)搜集與彙整每週/每月專案進度與關鍵數據。 ●Assist the WW MPM Director in drafting, formatting, and refining executive presentation decks (PPT) and operational review reports. 主管報告製作協助:協助處級主管編排、美化並優化各類高階管理會議簡報(PowerPoint)與營運審查報告,確保邏輯清晰。 ●Track and document action items from management meetings and follow up with owners to ensure on-time closure. 會議決議追蹤:記錄重要會議之決議與待辦事項(Action Items),並定期追蹤各負責人的執行進度。
2. Global MPM Network Connection 全球各廠區 MPM 串接與聯繫 ●Act as the central communication bridge, cascading headquarters' policies, templates, and guidelines to regional MPMs worldwide. 總部政策下達與串接:作為溝通核心,將總部(HQ)的專案政策、標準範本與作業規範,即時傳達給全球各廠區的 MPM 同仁。 ●Coordinate regular sync meetings with regional MPM teams, compiling site-specific issues, risks, and transfer statuses. 定期進度追蹤:協調與主持與各廠區 MPM 的定期點檢會議,彙整各廠區的特殊議題、潛在風險與移轉進度。 ●Consolidate global KPIs (e.g., FPY, Build Yield, Transfer milestones) and update the team dashboard on a regular basis. 數據看板維護:定期收集並彙整全球各廠區的關鍵績效指標(如良率、產品移轉時程),並更新團隊的營運看板。 ● 3. Team Internal Operation Support 團隊內部行政與運作支援 ●Manage the centralized project repository and documentation system (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, or internal server drives). 文件與檔案管理:管理團隊內部的知識庫、專案文件庫與標準作業程序(SOP)檔案系統,確保資料歸檔井然有序。 ●Coordinate internal cross-team events, workshops, or training sessions to improve organizational alignment. 團隊活動策劃:協助舉辦內部的跨團隊會議、工作坊或教育訓練,促進組織內部的交流與協作效率。
