We are looking for a motivated and fast-learning Junior Business Planning Project Manager to join our Consumer Banking Group (CBG). The team manages a diverse portfolio of strategic projects, with a current focus on Branch Network Optimization (Branch Rationalization), including branch renovation, procurement, and vendor coordination. You will also gain exposure to a wide range of initiatives, such as system development, employee experience enhancement, cross-selling programs, overseas incentive programs, and sustainable finance projects.

Key Responsibilities
•Support the execution of branch optimization projects, including renovation and equipment procurement •Coordinate with branch teams to ensure smooth communication and project progress •Assist in vendor management, including basic coordination with outsourced service providers (OSPs) •Support administrative and operational tasks related to branch facilities management •Monitor project progress and assist in resolving day-to-day issues •Work closely with cross-functional teams across Consumer Banking Group •Provide support for ad-hoc strategic initiatives and projects ________________________________________
Requirements
•Bachelor's degree with 2 years of working experience. •Familiarity with branch operations/processes and ability to communicate effectively with branch stakeholders •Quick learner with strong responsiveness and adaptability •Intermediate English proficiency (reading and communication with external vendors required) •Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and willingness to learn •Good interpersonal and teamwork skills ________________________________________
