【工作內容 Job Description】 1. Process end-to-end Accounts Receivable Purchase (ARP) transactions accurately and within agreed turnaround times, including invoice assignment, financing disbursement, and settlement processing. 負責應收帳款承購（ARP）相關作業流程，包含應收帳款債權轉讓、預支價金撥付及銷帳還款等交易處理，並確保於規定時效內完成
2. Review transaction instructions and supporting documents to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with approved facilities and internal procedures. 審核交易指示及相關文件，確認資料完整性與正確性，並符合核准額度及內部作業規範
3. Perform transaction booking, maintenance, verification, and data update activities in relevant banking systems. 執行交易建檔、資料維護、交易覆核前檢查及系統資訊更新作業，確保帳務資料正確無誤
4. Monitor and manage ARP transaction workflows to ensure service level agreements (SLA) and turnaround time (TAT) requirements are achieved. 追蹤及管理 ARP 作業流程，確保各項交易符合服務水準協議（SLA）及作業時效要求
5. Identify transaction discrepancies, operational exceptions, and potential risks, and escalate issues appropriately for resolution. 主動辨識交易異常、作業缺失及潛在風險，並依程序進行通報及追蹤處理
6. Ensure compliance with internal policies, operational controls, AML/KYC requirements, sanctions screening standards, and regulatory requirements. 遵循內部控制、作業規範、洗錢防制（AML）、認識客戶（KYC）、制裁名單檢核及相關法令規範要求
7. Maintain complete transaction records and supporting documentation to facilitate audit, compliance review, and regulatory examinations. 建立並維護完整交易紀錄與作業文件，以配合稽核、法遵檢視及主管機關查核需求
8. Perform reconciliations, investigate outstanding items, and support operational reporting activities. 執行帳務核對、未結事項追蹤及管理報表製作等相關作業
9. Participate in system enhancement projects, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and operational process improvement initiatives. 參與系統優化專案、使用者驗收測試（UAT）及作業流程改善計畫，提升營運效率與服務品質
- Relevant experience in Trade Finance Operations, Banking Operations, or Commercial Banking Operations is preferred.- Familiarity with ARP (Accounts Receivable Purchase) products and operational processes is highly preferred.
