工作內容:
Job Purpose : The Regulatory Reporting team in DBS Taiwan Finance is responsible for the submission of regulatory returns as well as monitoring compliance with key regulatory ratios for the Bank. The key responsibilities of the role are: ▪ Prepare regulatory reports and returns for the Bank, including daily monitoring of key regulatory ratios. ▪ Coordinate across stakeholders to ensure all necessary information and data are captured for the regulatory returns. ▪ Ensure timely and accurate submission of regulatory returns ▪ Monitor key regulatory ratios and proactively raises concerns for any potential breach. ▪ Participate in ad-hoc projects that involves regulatory reporting, such as new product approvals, bank-wide projects and system enhancements.
Job Duties & responsibilities: ▪ Ensure the Bank in compliance with key regulatory ratios and proactively raise concerns for any potential breach. ▪ Ensure accurate and timely submissions for regulatory returns and public disclosure. ▪ Prepare disclosure information for annual/semi-annual statutory financial statements. ▪ Act as a gate keeper to oversee the consolidation of reports from other units to ensure complete and accurate reconciliation. ▪ Support the queries or ad-hoc requirements requested by regulators. ▪ Detect data quality issue and find out the solutions. ▪ Support fieldwork requirements for regulatory inspection or internal audit. ▪ Participate in initiative/ project for new product/system implementation, and system enhancement to contribute gap/ impact analysis, specification, UAT, LV and SOP updates.
Key Accountabilities : ▪ Establish strong controls in regulatory reporting process, with in-depth understanding of the end-to-end workflows that impact regulatory reporting. ▪ Streamline current processes to create bandwidth for efficiency. ▪ Timely preparation of regulatory return submissions with strong accuracy, ensuring data integrity in submissions. ▪ Monitor compliance with key regulatory ratios and proactively raise concerns for any potential regulatory issues. ▪ Clear analysis with insights on monthly/yearly financial results. ▪ Manage internal and external stakeholders, i.e. regulators and ensure prompt responses to any regulatory queries.
