工作內容：
Responsible for end-to-end project management of ARM-based embedded products, from customer requirement gathering through product development to mass production. Acting as the key interface between customers and internal R&D and manufacturing teams, with English communication essential for requirement discussions, progress reporting, and technical coordination with overseas clients. Key responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities and Requirements: 1.Communicate with domestic and international customers to define product requirements and specifications, translating them into internal development goals 2.Plan and manage development schedules, resources, and risks to ensure on-time delivery. 3.Coordinate cross-functional teams (hardware, software, mechanical, QA) and track development progress and issue resolution. 4.Lead product transition from pilot runs (EVT/DVT/PVT) to mass production (MP) and oversee production management. 5.Manage engineering changes (ECN), material status, and delivery schedules to maintain customer satisfaction.
1.Minimum 1–3 years of project experience with ARM-based embedded systems (experience with NXP, TI, Rockchip, or similar platforms is a plus) 2.No restrictions on educational background or major; practical experience and communication skills are valued. 3. Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing); able to independently conduct meetings and correspondence with overseas customers (required) 4.Familiar with new product introduction (NPI) processes and production management; knowledge of EVT/DVT/PVT/MP stages is a plus. 5.Strong cross-functional coordination, problem-solving skills, and sense of ownership. 6.Preferred: experience in Industrial PC (IPC), IoT, or ODM/OEM industries.
