工作內容：
Overview We are looking for a high-impact Senior Data Governance & Transformation Specialist to strengthen enterprise data capabilities and drive data-driven transformation initiatives. This role combines deep governance expertise with hands-on execution, enabling the organization to manage data as a strategic asset and unlock business value through analytics and digital innovation.
Key Responsibilities 1. Data Governance & Framework Execution
Implement and continuously enhance data governance frameworks, policies, standards, and controls Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance across key data domains Support data stewardship practices and governance operating models
2. Data Strategy Enablement
Translate enterprise data strategy into actionable initiatives and deliverables Support roadmap execution, tracking progress and ensuring alignment with business priorities Contribute to governance maturity uplift and capability development
3. Process Optimization & Operating Model Improvement
Analyze and redesign data-related processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and control Identify gaps and recommend enhancements to data management and governance practices Drive standardization and automation of workflows where possible
4. Digital & AI Integration
Partner with technology teams to implement digital tools, data platforms, and AI-enabled solutions Identify opportunities to leverage analytics and automation to enhance governance processes Support adoption and effective utilization of new data capabilities
5. Data Analysis & Insights Generation
Perform data analysis to generate insights that support decision-making and governance priorities Monitor key data metrics (e.g., quality, lineage, usage) and highlight trends or risks Provide analytical support for transformation initiatives and business use cases
Collaborate with business, risk, and technology stakeholders to embed governance practices Support governance forums, reporting, and stakeholder engagement activities Act as a key point of contact for data governance-related queries and initiatives
•Job Requirements 1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related quantitative field . 2. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a Data Science, Big Data Analyst, or Data Infrastructure role . 3. Core Technical Stack: Advanced expertise in Python, PySpark, SQL, and managing massive distributed datasets . 4. Data Management: Proven experience in data modeling, database schema design, and process mapping . 5. Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving capabilities with a deep focus on data quality, reconciliation, and automated validation frameworks . 6. Tools (Preferred): Familiarity with orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow), version control (Git), and data visualization tools like Tableau .
