工作內容：
1. To ensure preventive maintenance schedules, engineering maintenance requests and new work orders are performed and correctly recorded and to provide a monthly plan. 2. Minimum 5-8 years experience in a similar capacity with a 5-star international hotel. Pre-opening or renovation projects experience preferred. 3. Ability to lead the team and take ownership. 4. Ability to contribute and initiate/lead environment and energy conservation programme, campaigned by the hotel. 5. Fluent in Mandarin with intermediate English communication skills.
