K-Tree Academy is a fast-growing education brand focused on helping children learn well — and love learning. We operate campuses in Linkou and Neihu, and were looking for a full-time teacher who is committed to teaching quality and can genuinely get kids excited about English.
- About the Role This role owns English teaching on the front line — not just grammar and vocabulary, but building the kind of confidence and curiosity that makes kids want to keep speaking, keep learning. Youll be the teacher parents point to when they talk about their childs progress.
Open to both Taiwanese and foreign nationals, K-Tree will assist eligible foreign teachers with work visa arrangements.
- What Youll Do
1. Teach assigned classes following K-Trees curriculum and materials, maintaining consistent quality and pacing. 2. Design and lead classroom activities that build listening, speaking, reading, and writing naturally through engagement. 3. Track student progress and give specific, actionable feedback — to students and to parents. 4. Take part in trial classes and enrollment events. 5. Work with the academic team, feeding front-line observations back into curriculum and materials. 6. Work closely with the Campus Growth Directors on English class arrangement (class types, scheduling continuity) and English student recruitment strategy, contributing front-line teaching insight to inform decisions.
- What Were Looking For
1. Bachelors degree or above; TESOL/TEFL certification or relevant teaching background preferred. 2. Experienced in teaching English to K12, with natural classroom presence and the ability to build trust with students. 3. Mandarin fluency is not required for foreign teachers, but basic communication ability is needed for team coordination. 4. Patience and genuine teaching enthusiasm 5. For foreign applicants, already holding a valid work visa is a plus. If you dont yet have one, K-Tree will assist with the application process (subject to Taiwans work visa eligibility criteria, including a qualifying native-English-speaking passport nationality and a bachelors degree)
