• Provide senior compliance advisory and subject matter expertise to CBG businesses, supporting strategic business initiatives, product development, digital transformation and regulatory change implementation. • Partner with business and support units to identify, assess and manage regulatory and compliance risks, while providing practical and risk-based guidance to support sound decision-making and sustainable business growth. • Participate in governance forums, management committees, disciplinary committees, project steering groups and working committees as the Compliance representative or delegate, where required. • Support engagement with regulators, government authorities, industry associations and external stakeholders on regulatory, policy and industry developments, contributing compliance and business perspectives to balance business objectives, customer protection and effective risk management.
【Key Responsibilities】
• Act as a senior Compliance advisor for assigned CBG businesses, products and strategic initiatives, including providing compliance advisory, review related external and internal documents, regulatory dissemination, regular assessments and training support. • Review and provide regulatory and compliance advice on new products, digital initiatives, outsourcing arrangements, customer propositions and business process. • Conduct compliance assessments and risk reviews for business proposals, strategic projects and regulatory change initiatives. • Support Compliance participation in key governance bodies, including the Taiwan CBG Business Control Committee (BCC), Fair Dealing-related forums, Local Product Committee, CBG Incentive Committee, and Project Steering Committees. • Support regulatory engagements, inspections, regulatory applications, enquiries and thematic reviews. • Engage with regulators, government authorities, industry associations and market participants, where required, on regulatory and industry developments and initiatives. • Promote a strong compliance, conduct and customer-centric culture across the business.
