工作內容:
-Interface between factory and customer for any field quality issue and be the leader between all departments to solve any field quality issue. -Collect and provide the quality report per customer request. -Be the main contact window of customer for setting quality goal. -Coordinate and facilitate the customer quality review and audit activities in factory side. -Submit and manage the ECN (Engineering Change Notice) and ECR (Engineering Change Request) to customer for approval. -Drive to improve the product quality and QBR (Quarterly Business Review) quality performance continuously.
