Job description: 1.Manage and implement HR Technology projects 2.Partner with Group HRIS and internal stakeholders to develop technology solutions that help streamline and automate HR processes 3.Translate user needs into clearly written technical requirements 4.Implement process improvements and policy changes designed to improve efficiency and the user experiences with the system/automation 5.Serve as country system administrator for HR systems and applications 6.Manage user access by regular review to ensure the compliance with control policy and requirements.
Qualification:1. A bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Technology, computer sciences, or related fields2. 3 years of HRIS or HR systems (e.g., Workday) experiences preferred3. Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
