Responsibilities: • Supervise daily workload for all team members and help them to be successful • Lead a DTP team to assign and execute tasks with the highest of quality • Communicate messages and requirements from office manager for all team members • Work with office manager to ensure clear understanding to requirements and communicate needs to the team • Confirm time needed for each request and assign appropriately to maximize efficiency and productivity • Coordinate all requests to ensure correct execution of assigned tasks and quality plans • Provide inputs on issues/problems to office manager and explore possible resolution • Assist to plan team objectives and manage the personnel development • Assist to recruit new team members • Assist on performance improvement for team members where needed • Train and create SOPs for project processes and procedures for all team members new and old
