Required Skills & Experience: •BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related subject. •2-8 years’ experience •Comfortable with practicing TDD and pair programming. •Well versed in DevOps. •Good knowledge on Object Oriented design principles. •Hands on experience with Object Oriented programming. •Experience in agile software development •Knowledge on Linux is a plus. •Knowledge on cloud platforms is a plus. •Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services •Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices, Material Design •Good knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes •Good knowledge of Android Jetpack libraries (ViewModel, Navigation Component, Room, WorkManager) •Should be Well versed with: oKotlin oCoroutines / Flow oJetpack Components oActivity, Fragments oLayouts, Views oMVVM oManaging Intents, App Permissions oModels oSQL Lite oObfuscation tools oAAR oBroadcast Receivers oUI Test / Unit Test oGit
