工作內容:
1. Develop business strategy with key stakeholders; plan and communicate business activities to meet top line & bottom-line objectives. 2. Develop trust relationships internally and externally to ensure business plan carried out 3. Acquired a thorough understanding of customer issues, needs and requirements 4. Ensure right products, services and information are conveyed to customers in timely fashion 5. Serve as the link of communication and equilibrium between customer and internal team to get things done and build the trust 6. Play as integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships 7. Prepare regular and requested reports for business plan/progress/analysis. 8. Share with internal team market/competitor intelligence 9. Working with regional office to be successful in aligned business objectives 10. Plan forecast, sales projection and operation management.
取得認證:TOEIC、TOEIC Bridge、Toeic Speaking and Writing TEST
其他條件
1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree, business or engineering background preferred2. 3+ years as key account manager, business development manager in IT/Telco/CSP industry3. Fluent in English writing and verbal communication (TOEIC 750+ is a must)4. Personality: Proactive thinking, organized, sense of responsibility, time-oriented, and teamwork centric5. Team player, and can demonstrate business leadership in cross function subjects6. Good understanding of Server or Telco product, including development process and life cycle management7. Excellent in problem solving and negotiation8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building customer relationship in both executive and working level
