1.Customer Interface 2.Ensuring that products adhere to quality standards (IATF16949, VDA6.3, customer requirement etc) 3.Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data (OIL report etc.) 4.Working according to deadlines for the delivery of products 5.Training and managing production line staff in production practices and quality assessment of goods 6.Tracking products through the manufacturing process to guarantee that each part of the process is correct 7.Customer complain handling (8D process)
